- Do I have to buy the home and the yacht together?
- No. Many clients engage only Peggy for the home or only Michael for the yacht. The coordinated model applies when the two decisions are connected — you choose the scope.
- Do you charge extra for coordinating both sides?
- No. Each licensed side is compensated the same way as a standalone engagement (Compass on real estate, Yacht Experts on brokerage). Coordination is how we work — it isn't a separate fee.
- What if my home isn't going to be waterfront?
- That's a supported path. We help pair an inland Florida home with a nearby marina, dry storage, or slip — see the Home + Marina or Storage service.
- Can you help me relocate from out of state or Canada?
- Yes. Most of our buyers are from the Midwest, Northeast, or Canada. Our relocation guides and Coastal Match Assessment are built for that path.
